In Hunt of the Good Stuff

What went well today for you? Did you allow yourself to embrace the positive thoughts and emotions that came as a result of the experience or do you have the tendency to downplay the good in your life?

Research has proven that positive emotions and thoughts are enhanced by a person's ability to acknowledge and express gratitude in their life. Gratitude benefits our quality of sleep, relationships, health and productivity level in the various roles we play in life.

Begin to take time out during your day to acknowledge the good that is in your life. Everything do not have to be perfect or "as you want it" to nurture a heart of gratitude towards what you already have. Hunt for the good stuff happening in your life. You will be pleasantly surprised.
